I can see it on the news tonight. "geeks wait outside retail stores in hope of non-appearing iphone 4, Vodafone employees seen hiding round corner laughing"

When you live your life on Twitter and Facebook, and are only friends with like minded people on Twitter and Facebook, you are not living in the real world. You are living in a narcissistic echo chamber.

Going to head out at 8am to Auckland CBD. Here's a plan:

Vodafone Queen Street 9am sharp
JB Hifi Queen Street
Call Magnum Mac Newmarket, if good off to them
Back home to sulk / Play Starcraft II.

Take my MacBook Air with me (and of course a chopped up 2degrees sim card) if I'm victorious I'll activate it and post here. If not I'll be sure to whine about it from the Coffee Club  on my HTC Desire.

After a 32GB one, I imagine they're in even shorter supply than the 16s, so I doubt my chances.

But faint heart etc etc

Ditto with Vodafone Queen Street and JB-Hifi at 0800 hours!

I'll be the cold looking bloke with the Dell M11x with a tethered 3G ;D
(Dependant on price, if they have it, I may not even get one... teeheehe)
