NZtechfreak: I have enough integrity to be honest about it is all.

So it's not a new phone but you tried to sell it as NEW on trademe right?

No, I did not list it on Trademe as new.

There is a specific trademe category for brand new "in box", that was not selected. Obviously the phone is brand new, it was something like five days old at the time it was listed. No deception going on here.

Alright. I don't want to argue about this with you. I was just kinda laughing at your comment, "I have enough integrity to be hones about it is all", and felt like I should inform others that it's not actually brand new product. Even if it just looks like a brand new, it's not if you have already opened it and used it for even an hour.

Look, it's not my fault if you don't understand Trademe listings.

I understand man. But you wrote that it's a brand new Nokia Lumia 1020 in the description. That confused people and they might guess it is brand new. You misinformed people on trademe anyway. Just admit that you did something wrong.

I'm sorry if you felt mislead, or that you feel I was being misleading, but I don't see it the same way.

You giving me that feedback is enough to ensure I will be more verbose on Trademe in the future though, as I take pride in my 100% feedback record.

I'm sorry to have been too offensive to you. I'm still interested anyway.

No worries, your feedback is useful as it something for me to be aware of in future and I thank you for that.

@jorkobe23 As someone who has dealt with NZteckfreak on numerous occasions, I can assure you he is honest and trustworthy. In fact you could consider the phone to now be better than brand new as it will have had a thorough pre-delivery test and will be working as it should be.
