Ok,

So I ordered the Pebble Time Steel as part of the Kick Starter campaign, I ordered this as I wasn't going to spend $1000 + on an AppleWatch.

Alas I am now going to purchase the device I actually wanted the Apple Watch so I will not need the Pebble.

I am hoping to get basically what I paid for it, It was $265 USD (included freight) and the KickStarter version has the metal and leather bands. I am paying the extra for express freight but the due date is likely to be Sept some time.

The cost was $358 NZD.

Please let me know if you are keen to purchase this, perfect if you were going to pre-order as not only will you get this one first but you get both bands.

I will ship free of charge in NZ and am also covering the extra courier freight.

No transaction is expected before I physically have the device.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

OT: Which Apple Watch did you decide to go for? I recently got my Apple Watch Sport Space Grey (ordered on Monday and arrived on Tuesday) and loving it. I had few days of wearing it before it was officially launched in NZ - work provided - and pretty much made my mind up and think it's good for 1st gen with just the Sport edition.

Internet is my backyard...

Hi Chiefie, no worries on the question.

I am going for the Watch and either the Milanese Loop or the black leather loop.

A friend of mine recently got her Apple watch and is really liking it too.

Depending on the resale value and the 2nd Gen I may sell and upgrade on the yearly cycle like the Ipad and Iphone but will see what happens here.

Fortunately I am travelling to Aussie so can get it less GST there and the exchange rate means $1000.00 compare to $1249.00 ($1086.00 if it can be had duty free)

Having just got a Pebble Time, I can attest to what a good deal you are offering here - the Pebble Time (Plastic version) is $199.00 USD (or $310.00NZD), so the PTS (as you are selling) is worth at least another $120NZD on top of that.

I just wish i'd seen this before I got my PT.

Guess there are two types of watch users out there - people who own the Apple Watch and those who will eventually get one :)

The Pebble Forums are full of people that use a Pebble but pine for an Apple Watch...once they work out how to make the battery last longer than 3/4 of a day.

Possibly but I get 1.5 days without too much effort!

Sure no one wants it before it goes on for $1.00 reserve?
