Samsung Level Link. Portable unit that can be used as a bluetooth receiver or sender. More information: http://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/television-home-theater-accessories/home-theater/samsung-level-link-wireless-adapter-eo-rg920bbegus/

Use case 1: Connect to a TV or Stereo using 3.5mm headphone jack and broadcast audio to up to 2 bluetooth headphones

Use case 2: Connect to your favourite corded headphones and make them bluetooth enabled. Useful for iPhone 7 users.

As new, have only used them a few times but mostly have been sitting in the box. Looking for $50.

Hi - how is this powered?  Does it have a battery and if so what is its life?  Can it be plugged in permanantly?

It's battery powered and can be recharged via micro-usb. It works while plugged in so I don't see why you can't keep it plugged in permently.

According to Samsung it lasts for 6 hours actively sending/receiving and 200 hours on standby. Haven't really tested it as I didn't use it too much.
