Hi All,

I have a new-in-box UniFi UAP-AC-Pro access point for sale @ $245. This ended up not being required for a recent project, and I already have 2 running at home :)

The AP was purchased just over one week ago and can't be returned as it is outside PB's 7-day return period. The receipt will be provided.

I'd prefer pick up in the Wellington CBD (Lambton Quay/The Terrace area)

Cheers

If you like, flick me a PM and I can pre-provision this with my public UniFi controller so when you sell it they'll be able to just literally plug it in and configure their networks on my controller.

I was pretty tempted however don't need yet another UniFi ;)

I'm all good with this.

I'll get in touch once it arrives. I'm gonna whip it open and gaze for a second and then put back in the box until I get around getting some cabling completed so I can get fibre, so this ticks off the AP, just need to organise a cabinet to house my NAS, ONT and router and I'll be able to then get the cabling completed before ordering fibre.

Previously have purchased the 2G version for my mums house... (she doesnt use the internet, but at least I can when I visit).

I'm even struggling to see the point of the UAP-AC-PRO now that the UAP-AC-LR's support 802.3af.

You can have bloody 4x4 MU-MIMO-ABCDEFG but the reality is in your joe bloggs business deployment it really makes very little difference to end user experience.

Can totally see the point in busy environments like hotels but for the price of those HD units I would rather just stick with doing more LR's or PRO's.

Edit: Oops sorry... meant to post this in that thread about the HD AP....
