looking at trademe it's around $800-900 (it's still bloody a lot for 6yrs old device) for quick sale, or try your luck with $1 reserve

$1000-1300 is very reasonable for a 2011 27" i7 iMac.  There's only one on Trade Me with a $900 buy now and it's got some problems.  Most on there are more than OP wants.  They retain their value very well, especially when in good nick, and considering a new one is still $3000.
