i dont know never used unraid. check for their minimum specs. could always sell it if it doesnt work you will likely get your $ back

I run unRAID on a HP ML350 G6 and it runs perfectly fine, mind you I have dual 6-core processors in it. You can always get a better CPU on AliExpress for pretty cheap (my X5660s were $40 a pop shipped) and DDR3 ECC RAM is well priced on there too
