Auckland for easy collection & a model that got excellent reviews ‘in it’s day’

PM what you might have on offer, mainstream brands only please

Thanks to all GZ’ers & The Boss for an awesome & free forum

I have a 55” Sony TV from 2017 that I will be happy to move on for the top of your budget.

KD-55X8500C

4K HDR with Android TV. I picked it about 6 months ago from a fellow Geek for a little more than that. It’s a decent TV for an LCD from that era. I’m due a bonus from work and the black levels of OLED are calling me.

PM replied.

And for the Forum, in case someone corrects me. It is a 2015 model TV that was upgraded via firmware in 2017 to enable HDR on all inputs. My memory failed me.

You’re very welcome.

It’s a win/win.

I’m now shopping for a new OLED with the wife’s approval!

Enjoy the TV.
