Likewise I'll be ditching Slingshot in the next week or two. This is comically bad.

Looks like this has been fixed

Seems like it happened "under the radar" in the last week.

Edit: Actually it has only been partially fixed. It seems I can now get onto my slingshot account page (Could not before)

But when I click on "Manage EasyPhone Features" It times out

Hey,

It may have been fixed but are you able to get to the iTalk Settings. It just comes up with a blank page for me.

Login -> My Phone -> Manage My iTalk -> Manage Features

Chrome says "the webpage easyphoneportal.slingshot.co.nz took to long to respond" and firefox just hangs trying to load it.

Maybe I will have to give them a call since the rep ignores this thread now.

Edit: Didn't see you edit. I can confirm this is happening to me also.

I've had problems since day 1 with slingshot, and im now getting rather annoyed, that much so im meeting with the manawatu standard on Monday to tell them how the services have effected me.

My phone hasn't received a txt for 4 weeks this coming monday 17th June since i first ported to slingshot, i also had problems receiving calls for the first week and a half and during this time i had a family member pass away, i did not found out until the night before the tangi/funeral because people were txting and calling and was unable to receive any of them. I was extremely lucky there was a family member passing through and they decided to see if i was going to it.

Its totally unacceptable in my opinion the fact its been 4 weeks, without a txt, oh holdon i do get 1 txt, and its the SLINGSHOT APN settings....

then this week, they decided they now put a fault through to telecom....

but back to the topic of this convo...

i also have an italk number with them, and since 4 weeks i have been with them i too haven't been able to get into my account,. even using my Slingshot internet data on my mobile

Well maybe they should have tested it before they mass emailed it to everyone :-)

Besides the visibill stuff (check your usage or monthly spend when you’re not at home) has always been available on www.visibill.co.nz. Its always been the management of the EasyPhone features that has been (and still is) a problem for me.
