Same here. International internet was completely blocked for 10-15 minutes.

Back up now, but behaving exactly like it did last night with patchy latency/connectivity to World of Warcraft.

Here's what the trace path looks like to my server.

I notice the packet losses are starting with a snap server, I don't know how to analyze these, but that seems significant?

ditto for me too. Back up now but was down earlier for international. Trying to game this evening has pretty much been impossible. Anyone from Snap care to weigh in here?

Still happening to me. Completely inconsistent connection. Web pages load and then don't, office 365 is off mainly and outlook won't connect. Steam is downloading at a fraction of what it would normally when through connections bombs.

They tweeted about an hour ago that they were looking into it.

Are other people still suffering issues? While it has improved somewhat, the SkyDrive app for windows won't connect and Github is still not loading properly. Back on a wired connection so it's not wireless interference. There hasn't been any more news from Snap on this since their Twitter last night.

Hey guys!

We'd like to look in to individual cases in a greater amount of detail. If you're still currently having issues, I'd ask that you gather the following information:

- A list of at least 2-3 examples of websites that aren't working correctly.
- A traceroute to the websites in particular that are not working.
- Your current public I.P address at the time of taking the traceroute.

EDIT: Please private message us with this information, thanks.

The more detail that you are able to provide the better. :) Cheers ^ST

In regards to the inability to connect to international sites for a short period of time at around 9pm for the last two nights? This seems to be something we have in common here. I'd assumed it was the Snap issue that was being addressed last night?

Benoire's cloud connection problems sound like a different issue (and it is his thread...). Although maybe related to US internet backbone issues of late, i.e. Cogent's packetloss/latency at handoff, and Level3 sounds like it may have similar problems.

Yup there does seem to be a continuing MS issue for their cloud services being accessed via devices or certain bits of software.

Still having to use the mobile connection to browse as everything is still a wee bit hit and miss.

Sam - Data sent from tests.

Everything seems to be working great this morning, no issues loading pages and all the MS services (office 365, skydrive etc) are all reachable.

It's all good again!

Excellent - Thanks for your response. Feel free to post up traceroutes/ping tests if this issue persists with anyone else. Cheers :) ^ST
