Out of curiosity. Why your NOC page never updated when things break? Its generally always updated after you have fixed it. That to me sounds a bit back ward. When the issue is happening is when you should notify customers not after wards. If you update the NOC customers could see that and lower probably the call and ticket volume thus saving you guys time....Not to mention start wondering what the issue is and start complaining etc....just my 2 cents.

I was having major problems in MW3 on the 360 tonight, one minute it was fine (4 bar) then suddenly people would start skipping across my screen or freezing in place, sure enough I was the only one on 1 bar then the internet would suddenly decide to be dialup speed for a minute, then back to normal.  grr

Contact the helpdesk, they will be able to help.

It may not be your line, but you are constantly being disconnected and your latency from the Orcon BNG to your modem is very very high. It could be the other people in the house maxing out your line.

This really happens way too often orcon!

Just tried to load a youtube video, it wouldn't load anything, so I tried a speedtest.
These are the problems that completely screw over any form of online gaming, when it goes from 27/9Mb 45ms to Sydney to this...

Seems like it craps out for a few minutes then its back to normal speed.  Really makes no sense.

Same thing happened to me, I was watching a twitch stream and it just lagged out completely, and now it's getting lag about every 10 seconds.
