Rambaldi: Yeah I've got friends on other ISPs on xbl right now too. Will have to try help desk again.

don't let them fob you off

clearly the service is running, clearly there are loads of ppl here having problems and it sounds like they are all on this ISP

So, I can get onto the smartglass app and sign in using tethering to my 360, surely an Orcon issue... Pretty bad, so many issues these past 2 weeks...

We had a team looking into this last night, it looked like an issue in the wider internet with one of our upstream carriers.

Can you update the network status on the support page? I'm sure alot of people would be interested to know why they couldn't get onto Xbox live last night and would have been pulling their hair out like I was trying to fix this.

Hi Sounddude, thanks for the update on fixing things. Is everything fixed now? One of my facebook games keeps lagging/timing out, but it could just be a problem with the games servers, haven't contacted them to ask yet.
