Stan: My data did not roll over this month. Does the promo start as of this billing month?

Possibly. Are you on one of the plans that has carry over data?

It maybe that the rollover data will start from the 17th for you, but if not and it doesn't roll over then, contact 2degrees on 200 about it.

You need to be on one of the new plans. If you're just coming off a term on an old plan, it does not have carryover data.

Is it possible to switch to the equivalent carryover plan from a legacy plan whilst under contract?

Possibly, depends how much time you have left on it and whether you're moving up or staying the same/going down.

wongtop: I'm on a legacy plan. I guess this doesn't apply to the legacy plans and just makes the new plans that little bit more tempting.

I'm on a $39 legacy plan with 100 MB per month, plus an additional 1 GB per month for two years. This runs out in September, at which point I'll switch to a new plan. Several months ago my data started carrying over from month to month. I currently have 1644.46 MB that apparently expires three day ago, but it still there for me to use. Each month I get an additional 1.1 GB on top of whatever I didn't use in the previous month.

Check to see that you have carryover on your legacy plan before you switch to a new plan.

David.

Hi David

I hate to disappoint but the 1GB bonus doesn't Carryover, just the 100MB.  Please can you double check the expiry date of the extra data in Your 2degrees and PM your number so I can check it too. Cheers, ^POB

Expiry date March 17, eight days ago. You can relax, 2degrees never disappoints me.

Now I'm disappointed. I'm guessing you (2DegreesCare) raised a support ticket to solve my "problem". Now I've lost all of my carry over data that I've been given in error over the last few months. In hindsight I should have kept my mouth shut.

D.
