Kiwiownage:
pchs: Call Centres will always be busier at late afternoon/night, Snap's is 24/7 so if you call early morning or outside of peak hours you are bound to get through alot quicker.

Why dont you just use the Call Back? I've just called them now and its prompted me to use this straight away, it also keeps your place in the queue.

It didn't ask me to leave my number :/

The PABX should recognise your Caller ID so you shouldn't need to leave your number.

No I mean it never asked me if I wanted to leave my number to be called back, just put me straight into the hold queue.

I got through to Snap straight away when I phoned yesterday afternoon (~3pm). Don't think I've ever been on hold for more than 5 minutes.

Hi a02arifa

Yes we are here! at the moment the current hold times are really high, there have been quite a few faults around due to bad weather which have certainty taken their toll. We will be back to normal call times very soon, but you might be best to try us outside of high volume times (4-7pm) we are open 24/7/365

Unfortunately our call-back function is temporally out of service too! this will be fixed soon, but if you PM us we can give you a call back

Thanks,
TheRalph

Thanks Ralph,
at least someone is monitoring the forum which is good. 58 min and still no answer but I have a place in the queue. my question is really easy as well. just seems a bit of overkill to have to spend an hour on a call to get a simple reply.
my 2 cents feedback: there is no way to reset your password which is a very simple piece of code. instead I have to wait over an hour to have someone help me login. I can find many better ways to spend mine and snaps support teams time.
