Well, I'm pretty stoked. Just reduced my phone bill by $10 p/m with the recent increases in data allowances.

Long may the competition continue!

Same here. That new $29 plan hits all my buttons for perceived good value, with the $39 plan being a fair upgrade. Very happy 2D customer here, thanks guys :)

Good news. My old $29.00 plan changed to the new $29.00 monthly plan this morning and the minutes and data that I still had were rolled over and the people I share data with are still listed.
Regards,
John.

mtvessel: Looks like 2degrees has had a wee price rise on 1 of their plans.
24 month term $89 share everything is now $99 and I think - correct me if I'm wrong - but didnt you get Landline on your mobile thrown in for the $69 and upwards plan.

Yeah, I'm looking at re-signing a 24 month contract in a few months time and currently on the $89 plan with a landline included. Same now would cost $99 plus $20 landline costs, totalling $119 a month.

That's $30 a month more for the same thing. Looks like I'll be forking out for a new phone outright and staying on the legacy plan after the 24 months is up rather than re-signing.

But knowing telcos, in a few months time there will be new plans and new prices by then.

SteveON: More minutes and more data - Awesome!

I'm about to buy a 2degrees phone to work with my snapper. Happy days.

Though I have not idea who would go on a 24 months plan to get the bonus anymore... seems crazy to pay more than $69 for unlimited!

I thought you said previously 2degrees was no good for you due to text messages going missing all the time?
