Can we lock this already? It has now just turned into a trollfest.

dontmesswithhayden: So tell me this if you had a kid that was "too high maintenance" would it not rip if they did this to you.

Is it not the same as saying you can't be a customer cos your gay or black ?

It's not the same because being "gay" or "black" doesn't cost Snap more to service you. Whereas this situation would.

dontmesswithhayden: What does the Human Rights Act says about disability?

It is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of disability in any of the areas of public life covered by the Act. The Act covers disabilities, which people have presently, have had in the past, or which they are believed to have. It is also unlawful to discriminate against relatives or associates of people with a disability, because of that disability

This is completely unrelated. Snap aren't discriminating due to disability, they're cancelling the service due to the inability to fulfill the requirements at a reasonable cost.

What I can't understand is why you are trying to force Snap to serve you when they would be the ones at a loss? You should take this as an opportunity to move on to a provider that is willing and able to service you at an agreeable price.
