You were about an hour late with that suggestion.

Our guys found a problem on a specific piece of network gear that was causing limited upload speeds for some users. It was fixed on Saturday night.  Everybody getting 20ish mbps up now?

Haven't had any phone calls over the last couple of days, so I'm not sure if this is still a WIP, but...

Still not fixed.

(This is after I pulled the power from the ONT and rebooted the router.)

Gave slingshot a call after being connected on Thursday. They said I'd be put on 100/20 immediately. Called again Friday, they said 100/20, still getting 30/10. Called today, was told that I'm definitely on 30/10, and I can expect to wait a few weeks for the (automatic) upgrade. :(

I recall reading wayne or quentin saying turnaround should be half a day. Slightly disappointed.

Hey Rappelle, I've just responded to your other thread here - http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=81&topicid=153651&page_no=1#1149714

@Detruire, our Our NOC guys are still working on your account. Looks to be a bit more tricky than they expected but hopefully you'll be getting what you should be soon.

Was upgraded to 100mbps today! Needless to say; pleased. Big thanks to Slingshot (Chris) who got this sorted for me :)

Sorry about all this man, you've been super patient but the light at the end of the tunnel draws near. With the new Chorus plans (100/20 being one of them) there was a change in the way they marked traffic. For the most part this made no difference but it has caused some trouble for our kit in a couple of our handovers (Palmy being one). Now that all that's been figured out we're going about upgrading our gear and Palmy is slated for this on the 20th so all things going the way they should you'll be getting the right speed by Tuesday next week.
