This has happened last week.

Dsl link is up just cant authenticate.

I also see they have ditched the network status page at slingshot.co.nz ... Damned handy!

Called them and was on hold for 20 mins then robot person says "we're working on it".

Yeah they should have that network status or better tweet their status!!!

And their phone also not working. Just was about to log a fault for my business connection however it seems to be back online now
