It's not very often I get grumpy but iServe are seriously dysfunctional beyond belief. I now have no email because their accounting and support systems are clearly useless.
I renewed a domain in December and paid by credit card. A whois shows this renewed until Dec 2017 and my credit card was charged.
I got an email a week or so later saying this hasn't been paid. Replied saying it was and got a support ticket response but no follow up response.
I got an email a few days ago saying this domain would be removed from the .NZ registry due to non payment. Once again sent an email to you and got a support ticket response but no contact from a human.
Now I find on a Sunday afternoon by domain no longer works which has taken down my email.
Thanks for nothing. Now I'll be dealing in the morning trying to get this reactivated so I can get a UDAI to transfer my domain out. If anybody from Callplus/iServe/Orcon is on here can you please contact me before I contact you because I'm not going to be very happy.
