well the reason i posted here is orcon helpdesk does not work for me. everytime i call them up, they want me to do the same boring line test process. Give me a ticket number and never get back to me!
Alternatively i make my comments/complaints here.
i'm pretty sure orcon staff members read this thread.
if ORCON had provided a decent service, this thread wouldn't have reached 18th page :/
these international performance issues have been known for months. I now left with no choice and will leave orcon. too bad i gotta wait till the end of the month.
