I have just been made aware of the Vector fibre outage that has been affecting customers since 2pm - this will be affecting performance for many of our customers. We have no ETA for the fix at the moment, all I have been told thus far is that people are working on it.
I will update you if and when I hear any more.
Take as long as you want; I'm finally getting some decent speed down here for once.
