@D1NZ Please get a Fritz!Box from 2degrees. The MacOS PPPoE dialler (and same with Windows) are quite slow. You should use Linux for all testing. Once you've got the Fritz!Box, 2degrees can do testing straight from the router itself and also gather logs.
Also, only test to the 2degrees servers in both Christchurch and Auckland - nowhere else.
Yeah I actually start to think that would be the easy way.
All 3 site from 2Degree - Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin.

You'll have to get a fritzbox otherwise the issue won't get taken as seriously unfortunately, that's just how it is.
E.g. the ipv6 issue, that was blamed on EdgeRouter firmware, which turned out to be a Juniper issue. It wasn't until someone with a Fritzbox complained that it actually got serious attention, or maybe it was the person complaining.. who knows.
The ISP has spent a good amount of time selecting a device they know works 100% with their network and provides the best possible speeds
Today all of a sudden speed came back, nothing on my end has changed.
I was on open contract with 2Degrees, yesterday sign another year and also getting a Fritzbox send out from 2Degrees.
