Well, LLU Internet is fine, but the phone line is weird.  When I get a call, it just gives short, single rings which confuse my answerphone so much that it never answers the call!

Plus caller ID only works after the caller has hung up - I can't see who is calling while the phone is ringing.

Is this just the way Orcon phone lines are?  Or are these problems fixable?

Edit:  I see from another topic that others are having Caller ID problems.  Is it too much to ask that we can have "normal" ring tones and working Caller ID?  Surely this is not rocket science?

Why not use Orcon's free voicemail service??

Because the answerphone flashes a red indicator when I have a message.  With Orcon's voicemail I have to listen to the ringtone to check if I have a message.

I have the exact same problem.  I think it was fixed some time yesterday though.  I just wish my phone would display the voicemail icon like it used to...

All OK now.  Normal ring and Caller ID works properly.
