I don't understand why:
- It feels that call quality has been very mixed internetwork over the past month and a bit. I don't recall having these types of quality issues in 2020 whilst on 2D.
- Why Spark <--> VF call quality doesn't seem to exhibit the same quality issues
If 2D customer support won't investigate then I will have no option but to liquidate our pool of 2D mobiles in favor of VFNZ. I'd prefer to stay with 2D, particularly because they have a NZ based customer care team and don't have the cultural issues of a certain other Telco... but I need to be able to hear what my significant other is saying.
