Thank you for your generous offer at present I have found I can access everything through the browser Opera with there VPN switched on. I will next contact namecheap and ask if they have my ip blacklisted.

Might this be similar?  It was a Spark/Namecheap issue, where Voyager was also in the mix and resolved it

Skimed through the whole thread didnt understand 90% of it but my conclusion seems to be Namecheap is the problem 

 

I am using opera behind there vpn and thats getting me access. But I will be moving the sites to somehwere else not hostgator they have there own issues

 

will have to fins another cheap unlimited hosting with a cpanel !

After another hour on the helpline I got passed to someone who actually looked and found that my ip was blocked he "whitelisted" it and shortly after it rained emails in my thunderbird app. I did ask how to make sure this dint happen again and all he said was if it does contact us.

 

So at this point this saga is closed for me. I am so grateful for this forum
