^^ ??

Telecom CDMA network: 2000 txts for $10. 2000 txts on 2D will cost $180. Theres just not the same potential for volume harassment now is there?

No text bully would send that amount of texts, they arnt that dumb. They would catch on otherwise and kind of defeat the purpose of a new sim anyways

Cheap condoms = More teen sex
Cheap fastfood = More teen obesity
Cheap fuel = More teen road accidents
Cheap alcohol = More teen alcoholics

Next up we will tie Cheap SIM cards to motor vehicle accidents that occur from using mobile phones while driving.

Or we could look at it from a positive way and say that it will be easier for people to communicate their problems with others as it is much cheaper. People could carry these sim cards in case of emergency, etc etc.

Most bullies would probably want the victim to know it was them anyway, thats half the kick is it not?

Cheap condoms = more unwanted children and adults sunk into financial down fall
Cheap fastfood = obeise adults
Cheap fuel = more crashes and money to buy alcohol
Cheap alcohol = drunk sex and the whole thing goes round and round again. As for the cheap SIM's causing motor accidents, its not just kids doing it, alot of the old business men use phones constantly while driving to do work, so do adults aranging their social lives at the pub and what not, teens are no differant to adults and if anything, its the adults influence on us that makes this stuff happen. Also yes, another point against this theory, the bullys do want them to know its them in most cases, but they will find out its them sooner or later.

Well what no one has brought up yet, its mass mesaging, this is very common amongs my group of friends at school, at the end of the billing month if they have txts left from txt2000, they will send about 300 or so texts to one person, very annoying and nothing can be done untill they stop. something else to consider

No doubt, I was just having a laugh.

I'm 18 and I think all of those things are awesome, although I don't drive so cheap fuel only really effects taxi prices for me.

If I'm going to be mean to someone, it wouldn't feel that rewarding if they didn't know it was me sending.

Who are your group of friends?

They sound like they're pretty sweet friends.  No one ever tried any of that with me.

Its kind of funny actually for us, because we see how long it takes for there fone to crash, get full or just stop. but it can be an issue if someone takes out best mate and doesnt stop just to make someones phone useless for a week.

Sounds like someone should ask Telecom to implement user-managed black lists for SMS and call filters...

Add in an expiry date, and bam, done.

Make it easy to setup, and charge NZ$1 for each number you add.
