asianbro: I got mine but does not work, in the end I bought one myself for $2 :-\ wasted my time filling out their online form!

Did you put it in your phone and call 200 to activate it.

Yep, called 200 many times over few days, but could never connect. I thought it was my phone, but it's not, because the card I bought works fine.

I was guttered coz was waiting for it for 2-3 weeks, so not a good first impression. I know it's just $2, but was initially impressed by their campaign of giving away SIM cards.

Anyway, their rates still really good

You should log that officially. I'm sure customer care will be able to help you out.

I did, initially called the 0800 number, was told to get replacement card from Warehouse Stationary. Then I told them I couldn't be bothered and just bought $2 card from the nearby shop. They offered to refund the $2, told them my new number, then the whole thing died off without action, checked my account twice few days later, still nothing.

You know, I can't be bothered. It's only $2-$5! Not worth pursuing, really. But I saw this thread, so I shared my story.
