If anyone @ Callplus is out there I need your urgent help:

I am emailing you from gmail as we cannot get work email as according to you 0800 support number there is an "account issue" therefore we have been disconnected!

It may not be relevant, but I called 16/10 giving 1 months notice to cancel our broadband. On 5/11 I rang again to change the disconnection to 5/12/09. It had better not be anything to do with this.

We have rcvd NO NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION!

Would you pls investigate as a matter of urgency and ensure our service is restored ASAP. This is a business connection!

Uh, I must be missing something here but:

1. Have you called Slingshot/CallPlus about the disconnection from an EXTERNAL number? Talked to a real person? Found out the reason?
2. Emailed them (Yes, I see you've done that)
3. Tried the slingshot forums? (Even though it's for residential connections, their bound to be able to help more over there, then here)

Because posting here won't really get you an "urgent" reply.

1. Yeah called them but only Slingshot tech
support who told me it was an account issue & to call back tomorrow. He didn't know the reason.

2. Emailed them - done.

3. Isn't this the slingshot/CallPlus forum?

given I got as far as poss with 1&2 above I thought there might be a slim chance someone from Callplus see's this?!?!

Also CallPlus havnt exactly instilled us with confidence in the past taking over 2 wks to move us down the road!
I know what will happen, call in the AM tomorrow, sit on hold for ages then finally get hold of someone that has no idea what or how to fix the problem?

all sorted now, thanks.

We gave 1 months notice & Callplus disconnected us 2 wks early!!!!

finally got the connection restored about 3pm this arvo, promised same IP address so our VPN's, email, etc all worked - but no. had to chase them & get this changed.

got there in the end, v. stressful day.
