yeah...orcon couldn't find my telephone number, something to do with new telecom connection...as for the adsl2, I don't know why they say there wasn't. I assumed they knew more than the autochecker thing...

Thats correct. TCL don't currently peer at any of the New Zealand internet exchanges.

As for slow youtube, have a read of their forums.
