on the italk forums, it says they will have italk outage from 2am - 5am on 19th.

today is 18th but my italk is already out of order for a WHOLE DAY~~~ from 8am till now....till no sign of fixed.

called SC a few times and looks they are waiting for the BIG fixed tonight.....

I was waiting for an important call from Job agent this morning at 10am.....

Lucky that she called my cell phone at the end.

What make me angry is that...on the slingshot homepage, it still saying NO NETWORK ISSUE today..

Agreed. This should have been on the network status.

Following up.

Thanks for the feedback.

Update on this:

Italk customers may experience issues when receiving and making outbound phone calls, Customers will get dead air for these calls.

Still under Investigation. How ever initial investigations show that resetting their router and SIP device may fix the issue.

Inbound calls should be ok.
