Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear about this. I've sent you a private message this morning asking for your mother-in-law's details so that I can look up her account and get to the bottom of it.

Samething happend to me... but with Vodafone.
Very hard to get anything done. But good to see that someone has provided you with some assistance from Slingshot.

Wish Vodafone had been this helpful to me... but that's what you get with large corporates these days..

Good Luck!

thanks nikki for finally getting this sorted out and your apoligy, this sort of thing should never happen and if it did you should at least be able to consult your people to sort it out.

anyway thankyou i'm sure we would be no further along with this battle if not for you.

P.S. and a big thankyou to geekzone if not for your site and the members support
we would of had no voice at all.
