NZCrusader: Gee every forums I go to, im seeing complaints about almost every ISPs speed.

I wonder if either the national back haul is broken / bottle necking, or if the SXC has run out of bandwidth ?

Anyways, im not sure about ss blocking torrents as such, but im getting the feeling that they might be restricting peers ,as im now only able to get a small number per torrent.

Whatever changes were done after / before the PPP dropouts have really hurt.
