This might be a completely different non related issue
2DegreesCare: There is an issue with our roaming partners network which is also affecting texts to and from their customers. They're working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible.
insane: At work we frequently get critical system alerts delivered to our mobile phones so was pretty interesting sitting in a meeting last week watching how much time difference there was between different people on different networks getting the same alerts...
By the time I got my txt alerts the problem had already been fixed :)
