Can someone provide an update on what this all means?
Currently...

Your data usage:

Period:         23/07/2011 - 22/08/2011
Downloads:   14.78 GB
Uploads:      1.83 GB
Total:           16.61 GB

Plus yesterday there was this:

2011-08-16    -3,818.51 MB    -14,164.49 MB

So I've just last month increased my data allowance because we were going way over and now it appears that I'm using less than half what we used in previous months, so perhaps I didn't need to increase it at all. Is this meant to be a correction for the past (from when?) or does this negative suddenly turn back to a positive again in a few days?

Even if Orcon are still processing the backlog, I'm not sure how I used -14 GB on the 16th.

Edit: fixed formatting.

I can't reply the information on the Data Meter to plan my usage at all!!

What if I overused due to the misleading information from Data meter?

Seems like they've fixed the usage meter and now I exceed my usage limited......

What a great way to mislead your user, Orcon

I'm seeing a 2Gig discrepancy between the Orcon home page and my account log in. Orcon home page says I have used 29.82 Gig but my account page shows 27.9Gig used. Which is correct??

My usage meter is totally broken now. Apparently I've download 3.5 gigs today and I have barely even had the PC on. Hopefully that's just a correction for the missing week...

I will have a look into your usage shortly and let you know.

PS I would not post your orcon username in forums, perhaps a Mod can remove it? If you wish to share this detail i would recommend a PM.

Hi all.
A deployment was done on the data loader for part of the meter, this change meant a number of people would have seen the same behavior as miamieatfan.

The loader is working as expected now and catching up, its currently at 23:00 lastnight and catching up fast.

We will be reviewing our post deploy process and adding a new monitor to detect if this is happening again.

Regards

Paul

When you say "all caught up now" what does that mean?
From my account, daily usage for the last billing cycle, I can see this:

Day     Upload     Download     Upload + Download     Uncharged
