Just to update you all on the situation...

They've now assigned me a Hibiscus coast number, but now, because they did that it's delayed my broadband connection. So that's a PITA as I had a lot of stuff to upload this weekend for my sister.

The amount of crap this has caused over one small balls up is just ridiculous. Had it not been for Bevin and Scott, I could see it being a lot harder as well. Thank you both for your help.

I do have to say though, the amount of time stuck on hold is just terrible. I just hope there aren't any more issues - cause I can see myself getting short tempered very quickly.

Never-the-less, thanks again Bevin and Scott :)
