cws82us: I rebooted my Linksys and was thinking it was my pc cannot login to some pages so i rebooted pc and rebooted modem and modem cannot connect.

We are currently having issues with browsing affecting all customers.

We hope to have this resolved ASAP.

It is possiable, Is if working now?? service is fully restored.

SPEED ISSUES - Canterbury region.

People in the Canterbury region may be getting slow speeds currently.

A fix for this is scheduled for 12th June.

Hi is anyone having internet access issues this morning. I have router dsl sync but no internet gateway access. Rebooted router but no change. Slingshot customer services closed today so can not lot call.

Internet Gateway magically reapeared at about 19:30hrs yesterday and all working fine now.

This is for OFFICIAL OUTAGES only.

As mentioned many times here if you have an issue start a new trend otherwise people have to read through post after post of irrelevant rubbish to find out if there is an outage in their area etc.

Hi guys,

Currently some customers may be experiencing a problem with their internet connection, homeline connection and toll calling on the better network. Our apologies for the interuption! We are working to resolve this as soon as humanly possible!

We will keep you up to date with regards to any progress being made.

EDIT:  This has been completely resolved.  If anything changes, we will let you know as soon as the information arises.
