I have been a customer at Orcon for 2 months now and today I have been charged $149 for "Additional jack point and wiring service" when I was never informed of this.

Orcon stuffed up my connection at the start when they got my lines mixed up and I assume they are now charging me this? I was told that it was not my fault and that I would not be charged for Orcon's mistake. I even received Goodwill Credit for this accordingly.

Bottom line is I was never told of this extra charge upon sign up, they said there were no hidden costs.  Even after the line got properly connected they never told me I would be charged this.  It's been a pain in the a** being with Orcon, they are terrible and have just given me stress after stress.  If I was told about this extra $149 upon sign up I wouldn't have joined. It's the second time where Orcon has wasted my time and the whole ordeal has been upsetting.

Going by what I've been through, it appears that Orcon stuffs up, apologizes to the customer and compensates them, then later on make the customer pay it back? Got to be honest really not happy at all.  Do not recommend Orcon at all, be warned!

So have you actually called and spoken to Orcon about the charge on the invoice?

It may have been credited back after the invoice was generated or something, Unless you actually ring them I am not sure what you are complaining about,

As above. Take a breath, ring Orcon and see what they say about it. It may be an honest error that will be quickly fixed.

Accounting errors are not uncommon no matter the company. Great idea to always keep an eye on the invoices and question anything that doesn't seem correct or charges that have not been agreed to.
