I use Astraweb as you can buy blocks of data that don't have an expiry date..

semigeek: Ah Usenet, pity its not as popular as it once was. nz.general was an interesting place, among others.  I reckon the internet was more fun back in the days of Usenet, Gopher, and IRC.

I wonder if this server went to server heaven or sent to server hell where its OS is wiped and WindowsME is installed over and over again forever.....

Neither, it was too depraved even for the underworld. Last i heard it was roaming the isles of the DC stuck in purgatory.
