Hi there.
Recently got a new modem from Orcon (Genius black) and once plugged in the adsl sync, wired and wireless lights go blue but the internet light flashes red. When I go to under ADSL status it says 'online' but whenever I put in my ADSL username and password, the Internet light on the modem just flashes red.

Any help would be appreciated!

You shouldn't need to enter any details, the Genius is configured automatically.  Could you try leaving it plugged in to the ADSL, doing a factory reset on it, then leave it be for at least 15 minutes, see what happens.

If it's still not working then drop me a PM with your username and the serial number on the modem, I'll see what I can find out.

Thanks! All working now.
Seems I just wasn't being patient enough

That is a BAD thing to do, I had to remote kick your Genius to get it to reset to its defaults, which then allowed it to pull down its config and connect. None of our documentation should tell you to enter a un and password as you don't need to it needs the default details to start the connection process. The setup guide should be clear on that.
