Also having the same problem, Australian servers have ridiculously high ping in Battlefield 4.

I am on unlimited fibre for reference, this started a few days ago and has been like this constantly since

We are aware of some higher than usual latency to some destinations in Australia, I know we're working with our upstream providers on getting this addressed but no ETR as yet I'm afraid.  Will keep you posted as I know more.
