Internet and phone have gone down with the change of plan ufb100 to ufb 30 . Ticket number 1177861 was told by phone people lvl 1 it will take some time its been like this all day .

Absolutly that was the first thing. lights are power green . Optical green sometimes flashing . Lan 1 to modem orange and flashing sometimes

Wait for 1-3 days for lvl 2 to look at it... wow what service and ill be paying for this time I have had no phone or internet ...... how can isp's charge so muchfor such bad service awesome work guys

When I spoke to them Assure had already lodged it with Chorus and are awaiting an RFS date/time from them, ASAP has been requested.

No idea and didnt even rebook a time so I have no idea when they are going to fix it again of the scale pissed

This was the Chorus tech cancelled with you yes? Did you get their number? If so please pm it to me, Ive asked the Assurance team to investigate right away.

Ont replaced . All fixed . Thanks once again firengine and geekzone some much better than the call centre who wont tell you anything but say they will ....and never call back

Looks all resolved after you called in, I'm a bit puzzled though as I thought the new ONT had resolved all the issues as per your post above - was there a further problem for which we swapped the modem or was it just precautionary? (I know I can find out internally but I'm interested also in how well we communicated with you).
