I replied on the other post:
http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=82&topicid=151550&page_no=3#1119311

I had 'mild' success using the google 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 DNS (I also configured the QOS at the same time). It alleviated some issues, however I did still experience what I would call an unacceptable level of packet loss and rubber banding.

brookz: even face book is laggy tonight

I found your device in our system, and have changed this setting - can you please test tonight again?

Eoinjames2012: Can you guys try something for me please?  This seems to have worked for me and I have had no issues since.

1. Go to 192.168.20.1
2. Log in to your modem using Admin as username and password.
3. Go to Advanced Setup
4. Go to DNS Proxy
5. Disable DNS Proxy
6. Apply/Save
7. Reboot Modem
8. Reboot Computer.

Test services that were previously rubber banding.

Hi All
We are pretty sure we have identified where this is occurring, we have an upgrade ordered that should resolve it once and for all, ETA on that upgrade is approx 1 week from now but this has a lot of focus so we will get it available just as soon as we can. I'll update further as we get closer to deployment but suffice to say:

It isn't Global Mode or Unlimited Plan or Genius White CPE-related.

Thanks for your patience on this - if you are working with Flamebeard on diagnostics then please continue as that is still valuable information to us.

Regards FireEngine

Do you think you will ever tell us what had/is caused/causing the problem? :D

Yeah still issues with CSGO and D3.
I wonder if bypassing AAPT is the resolution?
At work we had issues with packet loss to Equinix Sydney and got spark to change routes to bypass AAPT and solved all packet loss.

Currently D3 is unplayable due to packet loss.
