I have raised a ticket for this via the online system but the 'within five days' to respond is a bit off-putting.

Basically, there is no connection between the wireless and ethernet connections. Ethernet can't ping wireless and vice versa. Using Fing on a wifi connected device it only shows the Genius and the device being used. 

I have another AP wired into the Genius and it sees all devices no problem.

I have had this before but a couple of repowers fixed it, but not now. I also tried a hardware reset and that ended up with the Internet LED on but still no outside connection and no phone. A couple of repowers and this was fixed but still no wireless/ethernet connections. 

Do I need a new router or can this be fixed?

The Orcon guys have emailed me back with the instruction to restore to factory settings from the router software. Will try this later as waiting for phone calls ATM.

Reset to factory but no change.

Well, I have done some more testing and it seems that the disconnect between the wifi and ethernet ports only applies to Android devices (tried with three) as I hooked up a Windows netbook via the Genius wifi and it sees all the LAN devices fine!

Wonder if anyone else could please test with an Android device to see whether it is a general problem or just something here?

(test - Android device on Genius wifi and see whether it can see devices on ethernet ports).
