Just wondering if I can get some help from one of the Orcon folk?

Yesterday I rung up to change my UFB plan from VOIP enabled to naked.

The lady I spoke to at the call centre changed the plan and said it would be actioned in 4 to 10 working days. The phone line was actually terminated last night as our number now says "not in service" - anyway that's not a big deal, just annoying.

The lady at the call centre said I would be sent a new white modem but on "My Orcon" it still shows my old Black Genius (Full) hardware.

So what I need checked is whether the hardware will indeed be switched over, when I could expect to see the new modem and how do I send the old one back.

If a new modem is shipped then it normally comes out in 1-2 days from order being placed. It should arrive with a courier return bag for the old one.

Regards FireEngine

Thanks. Im sure its all a well oiled machine so I'll keep an eye out for the modem. Just thought it was strange that My Orcon was showing the new plan but the old hardware.
