UPDATE.

Upon posting my screenshot of issues above at 1PM. Orcon had called me 5 times to do testing and can now report my 100/50 connection is up and running at the correct speeds again.

They noted it towards an upgrade to hardware and Orcon was affected but no other ISPs.

Hope others get the same treatment.
Didnt even get asked to reboot my router on any of the calls.

I was contacted and my problem seems to have been resolved. Let's hope it has been fixed for all of us, now.

Some people above have reported their connections are back to full speed now.

Has this 'fix' been applied to everyone already, or is it still a work in progress?

I'd just like clarification please as my connection is most definitely not back to normal/fixed yet (56mb/s max down tonight).

Certainly a work in progress but as expressed earlier I have no intentions remaining with Orcon with their efforts to fix it.



I am making the move and have already made the order with my winning ISP I am changing with. As a result I wish you all good luck and I hope this issue gets resolved. I can't participate in this thread anymore as I am switching from Orcon.

I really hope you guys get your issues sorted.

Internets been down for most of the day :/ and still not working.

Been on hold for 20mins, they say to restart the router for people in Northland but obviously hasn't work :(

Yeah died on me last night about 11pm mid raid. Got a couple angry text messages.

Waited on hold for 30mins then it came back up. Hung up, 5mins later it dies again lol.

Get better speed using my Iphones connection then most people seem to get on Orcon these days lol

yeah our connection went from 100/50 to 70/50 now its 50/50 ^^
