Currently getting severely degraded performance when outside of Orcon's network.
Doesn't matter what it is.

The work last night didn't go to plan, so tonight will be much of the same for some customers.

Another planned work to resolve it is scheduled for tonight

Thanks for all the feedback over the weekend!

The change we made definitely seems to have improved matters but has exposed another limiting factor.

I don't have a confirmed timeframe yet, but we're working to sort this out ASAP and will keep you posted.

Hi Everyone

Apologies if we've been a bit quiet.  

Despite a considerable amount of work to improve matters, we are aware that some customers are still experiencing slowdowns and an increase in latency during peak times.

Rest assured this is not the result of deliberate throttling of traffic, and that we are working hard on addressing the issue.

I can't provide any concrete timeframes just yet.  Once we have a better picture of what is to be done and what the expected timeframes will be, we'll provide an update to that effect.

Again, thank you for your patience, and your continued feedback.  It is much appreciated.

Ehh don't matter.



Experienced loss of service and now running at what I'm actually paying for.

Plus we seemed to be on the 60.234.xxx.xxx subnet now.
