Hi

I just logged in and checked my data usage and notice that I used over 100gb in 1 day!!!

We normally don't use this much, is there any way that I can narrow it down as the usage number is summed by day only and I cant drill down even by time, would be useful...

I logged serviced desk call but get the usual reply

Regards

I used 490gb that day on my UFB connection.

It is not uncommon to use that much data to be honest especially when peoples internet getting faster. If you're not already on an Unlimited plan then I'd advise you to do so. If that usage is very abnormal for you then run Malwarebytes on all your computers.

Luckily we are on UFB unlimited and we have Malwarebytes installed, we normally only use ~ 15gb per day on Saturday so not that much

Is anyone on your connection a gamer?
I ask this because its possible your connection got DDOS'ed and this will drive your inbound data skywood.

But as you said your on an unlimited plan so there's nothing to worry about.
