You definitely have an IPv6 address assigned to the CPE.

Make sure your clients have ipv6 enabled on them.

Orcon and any other ISP offering IPv6 should be applauded

One reason there isn't increased uptake in NZ is because not enough customers demand it and go elsewhere if their ISP cannot provide. If everyone took that approach other ISPs would rapidly bring ahead their plans

We were waiting for a bug fix to come from our BNG Vendor. We have that now so just waiting for change window slots to do the upgrade as its quite disruptive. I would expect early April for it to be completed.

Sorry about the wait!

Good to hear this is still progressing. Thanks for the update, Sounddude.

We activated IPV6 for UFB customers in the South Island last night.

Might have to reboot your modem to activate.

Let us know how it goes. We will be activating the other BNG's early next month if we don't encounter any issues with the South Island deployment.

Enjoy!

Hi, Any date when this will be enabled?  One message suggested it would about a week ago but that hasn't happened.

Thanks.
