I've managed to log myself out of my Orcon Modem, while trying to change the password of the admin account (doh). Before I perform a hard reset and spend half a day tinkering with all my network settings again, wondering if anyone knows of the 'isp' login which I saw mentioned on the user admin page. the username is suposedly 'support', and will this login allow me to reset the admin user password (properly this time)

Wow. So this morning, my router lets me in with the password i configured last night. Apparently it take 12 hours to apply a password change, and is inaccessible in the interim.

I fully power-cycled the router last night and it still wouldn't let me in. Weird. Now Im curious as to why it takes so long.

Try a different browser - one you haven't saved any passwords in :p

Admittedly, i hadn't tried a different browser. However, I don't have any http basic auth logins saved in my preferred browser.

As per above post, came right the following day with the chosen password.
