FYI i got orcon to change 2 existing orcon connections to their new plans that came out (Purple non LLU) approx 1.5 weeks ago,

Was told they would switch over next billing cycle, which starts on the 23rd for orcon on all accounts, suprise, they havent updated the plans on either

If you did the same, and why wouldnt you, more GBs for same price?  might want to check you got the new plan before you start using those extra free GB's!

Orcons response, call back Tuesday when the provisioning team is back! :)

FYI Orcon is still unable to change plans for existing Orcon users,  bit of a joke really. Out of 4 accounts who upgraded to their new Purple plan, none have been changed, its been over 10 business days for 2 of the accounts, which is the max time they said it should take according to Orcon.

Slack service. they have no answer apart from we will forward it to the provisioning team

I'm not quite sure what you mean there, dan.  I changed my connection from an old Pro/Max connection to a new Purple connection (with higher upload cap) last week, and they were more than happy to make the change - and my April invoice reflects this change.

I was initially confused by the seemingly $50 increase, until I called and was informed that an error occured in billing and every customer (or at least every customer on that plan) was overbilled the same and to just watch for the credit.

I finally have fibre!  Had to leave the country to get it though.

oh atleast they can change some people, they called me back and told me those accounts have to wait till next billing cycle, so that would be 5 weeks for a plan change.
